The platform automatically sends electronic VFDs to RxExpress users, notifies all identified parties when records are created, updated, or expired, and then sends expiration reminders to help users plan ahead. RxExpress also allows users to share records via PDF or secure links with any recipient, even if they do not have an RxExpress account.

Every RxExpress user has their own individual login credentials, ensuring accountability and security. Administrators can assign specific roles and permissions based on each user’s responsibilities. For example: Veterinarians can be granted permission to create and electronically sign VFDs, office staff can be limited to viewing or managing records without signing authority, and feed mill personnel can access only the records relevant to them.
